Jennifer Lesheim began her journey in this field as a teenager, when she took on the role of senior concierge for her grandfather, after her grandmother’s passing. Jen’s parents had always instilled the values of compassion, serving others, honoring our veterans, and respecting our elders, by modeling it themselves. For 30 plus years, Jen has continued to volunteer and serve with senior citizens in various capacities and organizations. She has also been a small business owner for 17 years, in the personal care service industry, and participates in fundraising and volunteering for several veterans and charitable organizations. Jen and her husband, Ingar, have gone through the process of transitioning their own elderly and ill family members into care facilities. Balancing these experiences with the demands of daily life and parenting, has equipped Jen and her husband with the necessary skills to assist seniors and their families, offering compassionate guidance every step of the way. You’ll often find her in the community, engaging with seniors and meeting with community partners, as she is the hands-on advocate who truly understands the needs of those she serves.
